Executive Summary
Sage is assembling a high-performance task force: 8-10 board members, arriving for a board meeting in Atlanta, GA. The mission? To deliver an unforgettable, cinematic, AR-powered experience rooted in Mission: Impossible aesthetics, executive storytelling, and cutting-edge experience. This proposal details the entire experience journey: from the unboxing moment in a sleek black "IMF-style" mission box to immersive AR scenes through "Smart Glasses" and print-based follow-up activations. The experience balances personalized messaging, storytelling, and Sage's strategic themes of "High Performance" and "AI-Powered Innovation."

The Experience Journey Timeline
A multi-stage engagement designed for maximum impact.
1. Night Before: The Mission Briefing
The IMF-style box is waiting in the hotel room. Inside: AR Glasses + Mission Note. The board member reads the card: "YOUR MISSION," then puts on the glasses and sees "Booting Mission..."
2. During Event: The Debriefing
A pocket folder keeps the same "IMF" theme, containing the day's mission materials and continuing the immersive narrative throughout the board meeting.
3. After Event: The Final Word
An envelope arrives 5 days later (or is handed to them upon departure). The card reads: "Agent Debrief: Thank You." A QR Code links to a 3rd AR video closing message.
Execution Options
Two distinct paths to an extraordinary experience.
The Immersive Experience (AR Glasses)
Each board member is cast as an elite "performance agent." Their AR-enabled glasses serve as the activation point for their mission pre-briefing. When activated, the glasses deliver a cinematic boot-up sequence, a personalized video message from Sage, and a mini-documentary about why Sage chose Atlanta. Each experience is self-contained, memorable, and bridges AR tech with business relevance.
Activation Sequence:
- The IMF Agent reads the card instructions.
- The Agent turns the glasses on and scans a unique QR Code with the external tethered device.
- The Experience starts playing automatically on their glasses screen, "same as an IMF Movie."
- ✓Truly immersive, cutting-edge AR experience.
- ✓Reinforces the theme of AI-powered innovation.
- ✓Technology is fully managed and configured by StudioSP. Requires WiFi.
Creative Vision & Storyline
Bringing the cinematic world to life through meticulous design.
The Storyline
The AR experience is a 1-3 minute video with a personalized welcome for each board member ("Hello Mr. Gomez..."). It features a Sage lead welcoming them against a backdrop of high-tech motion graphics. The core of the experience is the "Why Atlanta" mini-documentary, telling the story of the ATL office. The video ends with a classic spy movie trope: "This message will self-destruct in 5 seconds..." followed by a "Just Kidding" from the Sage lead and a prompt to be ready for more mission debriefings.
